Initial Podiatry Assessment

What to expect...

A presenting and medical history will be taken. With thorough examination of the feet, including checking of pulses and nerve supply. Podiatry treatment undertaken or a diagnosis of your condition with advice and recovery plan.

Routine Podiatry

Removal of problematic corns and hard skin (callus) and advice on resolution. Nail Care: Thickened, ingrown, fungal or normal nail management and advice.

Simply Nails

We offer just a simple cut of the nails. *Note: an initial routine podiatry appointment will be required to take a full medical history, blood flow and nerve assessment.

Plantar Fasciitis, Heel Pain
and Bunions

The most common problems acquired through daily wear and tear or an inherited anatomy causing overuse or inappropriate footwear. These can be managed or resolved successfully through treatment and advice.

Gait Analysis / Orthotics / Biomechanical examination

Neck, back, hip, knee, ankle, bunion and foot pain can all stem from the way we walk with the associated tendon and joint pain. A biomechanical examination plus gait analysis will show us of any anatomical anomalies and associated weakness or overuse. Orthotic / simple insole correction or personal recovery programme can be created to elevate or rectify.
